Does BCB decide what prop goes on the back of the boat before it heads to a delaership or individual? is there a default prop depending on where boat is being sent? (ex. geographical location? different altitudes?)

all of the above. if you have a preference have your dealer specify on the order sheet. most of the time (90%+) bass cat is right for most situations.

All sorts of variances? BCB specs one from their know how, and dealers request also, then customers also make requests.

what boat?I have a puma ftd w/26 Fury.Does good in the winter. In summer hole shot sucks with two people and full livewells.

I have a 09 classic. I was just wondering. im not ordering a new boat, wish i was. I bought mine and it had a 24 fury. Another dealership close to where i purchased mine has a PII with a 26 fury? if they are both the same hull why the stiff difference? Mine is just an optimax but the PII is an XS. but from my understanding, the 200xs has no more significant horsepower, just better fuel mileage and oil consumption. ? ?

I think you could run a 25P Fury or a 26P Fury. I am running a 26P Fury on a P2 200 SHO combo. I think gchagler on here runs a 26 on his Merc 200/P2 set up.

Right now Im running a 26 tempest, I have run both 25 and 26 furys and you should be able to turn either one but if you run heavy loads in the summer then you may want the 25.
