I have a 07 P2, that I purchased in the spring of 08. I have a pro-pak III 3-bank charger, that was replaced about 3 months into my ownership. My present (replacement) charger will not charge bank #1. Should I contact service for a new one, or deal with the Mfg to obtain a replacement? As I stated, this is the second charger that went bad. Is there a better charger I should be looking at? My first charger had similar issues, and was replaced. Thanks Rich B

the easiest fix is to get a large needle and syringe and squirt glue underneath the area that is not glued down.

You can also try a turkey marinate injector. It seems to work well. Mike

As I know needles well I would suggest a 3cc or 5cc syringe with a 20 or 18 ga needle to do the job. Neither will leave a substantial hole and both will inject significantly viscous fluids. If you go with a 10cc or larger its hard to put significant force on it. Trust me?C.O.D. Jr. III

We use a 15cc syringe or appx. that size. We assume these areas are in the floor?

Rich B, After two chargers we are going to start suspecting that the batteries might be at fault. The chargers are fairly reliable and we have not had major issues with the ProPaks. We have not ever preferred on board chargers since we ceased the custom made Lester chargers years ago. We really prefer carry chargers and have commented frequently to that case. Though on board chargers are a luxury that you all like as customers. The charger will warranty, and that is not an issue. We do not like anyone having to work on stuff. We think they should be as reliable as they can be, and obviously we have proven that to be our goal. Though in the off term we dont see us leaving on board chargers as demand requests them. BCB
