I’m going to purchase two 10 ft. Power Pole Blades and was wondering how they will fit in a standard garage with 8’2’’ or 98’’ ceiling height, is there any issues with clearance? I know they will have to be lowered getting through the garage door opening just wondering about storage height. Thanks Brian

I have the 8ft poles and they sit 86″ from ground. The brackets I have make them higher than others Ive seen.If the 10 ft poles are 12″ higher, then you are talking 98″. I think if you get the brackets that mount to the side of the jack plate then it would be lower but pretty close. This is all assuming the 10 ft pole is 12″ higher than the 8 ft.

We have only installed one set of 10 poles.

Thanks, that gives me enough reason to investigate a little more…..looks like 8 ft. may be a better option

I would look at the 8. A 10 looks out of place.

I have a 10 foot blade on my 05 pantera classic it measures 94 ” from concrete floor to very top of pole. I like the 10 footer the two extra feet help out where I fish.

Just wondering

The pivot in the center and the 8 is appx. 4 long, and the 10 is appx. 5 long. The 10 is a bit longer than 12″ as they mount a little higher and different. BCB
