I just wanted to post a thank you to BCB for the way I was treated during some warranty work I had done to my hull over the winter. Richard was top notch when I dropped off my boat in November, and even waited until 6pm, well past closing for me to arrive as I had some issues getting there. He was always prompt with keeping me updated on the repair status over the winter whenever I asked. Big thanks to Richard for being so professional and taking the time you spent with me.Excellent fiberglass work done by Gary Wright too. He fixed a small stress crack in the hull so well you cant even tell there was a repair to begin with. He also replaced my bearings/races and seals, added new tires, fixed my hydrolic steering and replaced my bunks. All of this was done for an extreemly fair price. On top of all that, the day I arrive, I find that he replaced my winch at no additonal cost because he felt it needed to done. Its little things like that, that make this company so special.Just wanted to pass on the amazing service I received at BCB and to acknowledge the fantastic members you have working on your BCB team.Thanks for everything!!See you next year at Norfolk!
