I had an urgent parts issue that I needed rectified today and no one was answering BCB phones all day. Left a message as the voicemail didnt indicate a closure and tried ohhh maybe 8 times all throughout the day. What gives ?

Everyone is at the Owners tournament at Sam Rayburn. That is all that has been talked about on here for a month.

Short handed this week as half the shipping and parts staff, plus almost all office staff, is in Jasper, Texas for the Owners Invitational. We usually close the facility on Fridays when we are in Mountain Home during the Invitational.
