Sonny, Are your BCB cranking rods the 7 footers that are specificly recommended for cranking? Glynn i really dont know glynn. they are in the boat right now and i havent really looked to see lately they probably arent if i had to guess because i like a little heavier rod to fish dd22s and deep diving baits like that. they have plenty of feel and i like that for what i am using them for because i dont loose as many of those expensive baits. at certain times here on pickwick and wilson lakes we fish those deep baits in 5 foot or less too. all that digging drives smallmouth crazy.
I have a couple, one is the drop shot casting rod, very nice and sensitive, The other is a med hvy worm and jig rod , handles those chores very well. SAM !!!!Last edited by SAMRUSH on February 9th, 2008, 4:37 pm, edited 1 time in total.BAYOU BANDIT
