Problem with Pump In

I tried to use the pump in this morning and it did not work. I could here a relay behind the A-Ten touch pad click when I pressed the switch and the power light would come on but no sound out of the pump. All other functions were working on the A-Ten touch pad.I also noticed my recirculator was doing the same thing on the Touch Pad, but later on that morning it started working. I dont know if one thing had to do with the other. There are 5 pumps in the bilge area. 2 are mounted to the back of the livewells and the other 3 are in the bottom of the bilge. 1. My 2010 puma had same issue, accept mine was the pump out that didnt work. first thing is to locate the pump in pump and switch it out with one that works, if thats the problem you just need new pump.my touch pad was bad and under warranty easy fix, bass cat was so helpful walked me through it If yours is bad and not under warranty price is around 180.00 for new touch pad, easy fix just unplugged old and plug in new. GOOD LUCK, hope I was clear in my process.

How long ago did you use it? Pull the cartridge (they are easily removed) and make sure there is not something keeping it from turning. Grass, shell, etc. If all is ok, unplug the wires and put a meter in them and turn the switch on. You looking for 12 volts or so (make sure meter is reading DC not AC) If you getting power pump is shot.Hope this helps

I found the pump in pump and pulled the cartridge. Started spinning it with my finger and after 10 seconds it was spinning on its on as good as new. I was lucky that it was the easiest one to get to. Now the recirculate and pump out pumps are a different story. I have a diagram of where each pump is located and what it goes to in the bilge in case I have to make a quick on the water repair.

Actually on a BCB system there are six (6) pumps in the bilge area.Two Bilge pumps and both are manual and automatic bilgesOne pump is on the valve for filling and a 60/40 mix of Recirculation and Aeration fresh water in. One pump is strictly for Recirculation on the back of the livewell and should be the higher vertical pump. (river and hot water fishing)One pump is Pump Out and should be the lowest pump mounted on the back of the livewell. Yes there are six pumps. I forgot to count the automatic bilge pump. I put some water in the bilge area and checked it out as well. I only had to use the auto bilge once so far this year.
