Jaguar bilge pumps (need help)

I have a 2010 Jaguar, with dual bilge pumps, not sure how it is supposed to work but if I put the A10 touch pad in bilge auto and activate the float switch, the port side bilge pump starts. If I put the A10 touch pad to Manual the port side bilge pump runs without activating the float switch. So the port side pump works in auto and manual but the starboard side pump never runs. Is something wired wrong?

Hard to say, cold be a bad pump, wire loose or something else. Both pumps should work on auto or manual. The float switch work both pumps also. Since its a 2010 we assume it worked properly once upon a time. Do some tracing and flip the wiring around to check the feeds on other pumps.

wasnt sure if both pumps worked together or not, I should be able to troubleshoot it now, thanks.
