I am in the same boat. I started feeling bad last sunday and went to doctor on monday and found out I had a bad case of flu. I had to bow out of tournament , Been in bed all week.Sure hate to miss it.

Thanks guys. I wish it was only the flu, I would have made it. Ended up with another diverticulitis (sp) attack that abscessed. Ended up in the hospital for 4 days, but home now. Surgery is scheduled for the end of next month to remove my sigmoid colon. Hopefully that will put an end to this. Ive had 3 attacks in the last 3 years and each one has been worse than the prior one, so its time.

This is a brief update. I believe 24 lbs is winning. I have seen a lot of friends and a ton of Bass Cat boats on this large and beautiful reservoir. The weather did turn to the ugly side and fishing was a little off but still fun and lots of small fish to be caught. Hats off to BCB and staff for thinking outside the box for bringing this event to Texas!Tommy Yetts Rockwall Marine

Yes, nearly 25lbs in the lead, followed by just over 21lbs. But then it drops pretty drastically. I believe it only took about 13lbs to be in the top 25 (I could be wrong). That darned north wind was so cold that I didnt stand there reading the leader board for very long. Big fish is just under 10lbs. Fishing is tough for the most part. The weather turned to poop, but someone ALWAYS finds fish on Toledo and Rayburn. Im proud to say my Dad and I got our 5 fish even though they only went 7 and a half pounds. Tomorrow is a different day.
