Quick question concerning the OI dates. Have you received the permit from the Corps locking in these dates? I ask becasue I wuold like to book rooms and most of the resorts are telling me there wil be a cancellation fee if you change and they dont re rent the cabin. Are most folks waiting or renting now? thanks
