There is one from Wetumpka, AL made by Scap Scicero that is an aluminum outer shell. Years (decades) ago BassMaster ran a “how to” on outer shielding a transducer from the way folks were doing it then, and most used a piece of PVC Pipe in the size they preferred with a slot cut in for the tie clamp. Others used aluminum pipe to notch out for a transducer that clamped to the head. Later a gentleman who fished and owned a plastic mfg. company built a molded outer housing for the transducer that was wedge shaped or round for various transducers. Scap has this one patented, though it is not the first. You may be able to find it on the web somewhere or by asking abot scap in a search engine. We can not recall the name of his company. They are a bit high, though so is a new transducer.
