I crashed my truck, boat, and trailer a week ago today on my way to meet my buddy at Lake of the Ozarks for a fall fishing trip. I then got to find out the hard way that my boat was NOT lumped into our auto-payment with our insurance company, and was uninsured. Trailer was destroyed. The boat is a 1992 Pantera II with “92 150hp Mariner. Dual consoles, removable flippin deck. The motor was not impacted or damaged in the accident. The boat rubbed/scraped/struck a bridge rail on the left rear corner under the cap, and also has more minor damage to the front to the right of the trolling motor and on the bottom. Im not sure what Im wanting to do but I need to figure it out soon. I had no intentions of selling the boat any time in the near future but I might not have a choice. I dont have 4-5 thousand bucks to fix it, so Im looking for someone who a) wants to fix it substantially cheaper than that as a “practice” or “project,” or someone who wants to buy it and restore it themselves.
