i have a friend with a puma ftd 2015 model with merc 250 proxs that at wide open throttle 60% trim and #4 on his atlas 8″ jackplate running 77mph the boat begins to miss… it is intermitient and feels like the boat is going across a small sandbar almost… changed props, electrical parts, reeds , plugs, fuel sytems components all to no avail.. anyone heard of one doing this.. only does it at wide open throttle and trimmed out…

Not to our knowledge. This sounds like an ECM issue.

What are the rpms? Is it on the limiter?

If not on the limiter then ECM or fuel injector.

When fuel injectors gives problem.it will cause uneven heat distrubution on the piston. In return you have major trouble. I would have this checked out before u have more than miss at high rpm.2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury

I would pay really close attention to your plug wires. My 2014 250proxs did this with just at 10 hours on it. Larry at H20 found a plug wire that was just rubbing and was arcing to the head. You could barely see anything on the wire but it was definitely the culprit. 1 plug wire and it never missed again.
