Picked her up last week, already have about 5 hours on the big motor and no clue how to drive her. Im running a 26 fury 4 and factory jackplate. At about 70 it starts to walk, I read FAQ on chine walking, but if theres any Eyra specific tips I am all ears.

Chris, this is the standard trailer. Wish I could get to the lake ,but with Easter being tomorrow gonna spend time with the family. But look out Mon be headed to Bull Shoals to break her in.

Just keep the swing left and never let the nose drift right. Hold the trim down and move up in very, very short ticks of the trim button.

Hell yeah Eyra Rocks. Likes loaded heavy on Port side. Get a fat partner and charge fuel surcharge over 180 lbs. Keep port tank full, run on stbd. Dont chop throttle if it starts to walk!!!!!!!!!!!! As BCB has said, dont let nose hunt right thats where it starts.

Enjoy your Eyra, I love mine. I still can’t drive it to it’s full potential but slowly getting there. Some days I can drive it 73-74 and its as smooth as can be then the next day I’ll let it chine. I’m running a Fury 4 26 but will switch back to my Fury 4 25 soon. I’ve had mine up to 76 but know it has some left even with the four blade.

Ive been running a 26 fury 4 and all was fine until I had 2 grown men, full live wells, and 2 tanks of fuel. Water temp 50 and wouldnt hardly get on plane. I was told by performance guy who knows these boats that a 25 fury 3 blade is the prop for the eyra for a year around prop. I have one to try and will post details after I run it for a while. Awesome boat. You will love it !
