Did you check either? On the port side youll see the red castellated cap for the fuel filter. On the bottom of the housing (VST) there will be a hose in a horse shoe shape. Disconnect the aft side, and just above where it is still connected there will be a flat head screw. Loosen this screw just a bit (with a container under the loose hose end), drain and inspect for water and retighten screw. . Reconnect aft side and disconnect forward side and repeat. Any water? Once hose is back in place, ensure screw are snug and squeeze primer ball until firm. To check the oil level tilt motor to level position, pull the cowling and check that engine mounted reservoir is FULL. If not, with engine idling on the muffs, loosen cap (do not remove) and oil will fill the reservoir. Once oil starts to come out of the cap tighten it. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!! Even by hand tightening this cap can be cracked!!Hope this helps
