Has anyone used, own, or have any experience with the V-T2 livewell system? I would like to give them a try but drilling a 3″ hole in the lid of my livewell seems a little scary!!!

Ive had them for just over year. Several people on here have them. If you drill just make sure you have your hole location correct. I told myself if I ever needed to remove them I could always just buy another set of lids. Im a believer in live-well ventilation. Theyre also a great sponsor of KABCOT.

I am sure those things would be okay. I really dont know that there is a need for them in a BassCat live well however. I never fish tournaments, so I know I wouldnt have a need for them, but maybe, if one fishes in some really hot and humid weather in the south in tournaments…they might help.

I had a set installed when I ordered my boat this year, and have used them through about 6 tournaments so far. I can say that they change the amount of foam and odor in the levee wells. water looks much cleaner and fresher. Is it all due to the vents, No, but for no more than they cost, it is worth it to me. Im a believer, and will install them on future boats. By the way, the finished installation is very clean. You really forget they are in place. Mike Whitten
