Cabelas x-900 batteries

That Cabelas X-900 battery is a rebadged Northstar 31 AGM, one of the best batteries around, especially for cranking. It is a real beast. However, if you go AGM for the troller, the Duracell 31 AGMs at Sams , which are rebadged Dekas, are just fine for half of the price. No need to spend nearly a thousand dollars for three troller batteries. Make sure your charger is capable of charging an AGM.

I am in Canada also. There are no great deals on AGMs here like that Duracell. However, if you are willing to go with wet batteries again, the 31 series deep cycle at Walmart are supplied by Deka/East Penn which are good batteries and are great value, as are the 27 series. Just be sure to read the date label and get the freshest ones on the shelf.
