Sounds pretty good Chuck. Those are numbers to be proud of. I have driven a Sabre with a 150 xr6 to 72 mph with a 25 temptest. The potential is there if you play with it a little. If I remember correctly that speed was in January with little to no tackle in the boat and only myself. But, it was still impressive for a 150 powered boat. If you can get a 150 powered boat to break into the 70s then you have a special combination. Like wise for a 200 powered boat to break into the 80s. I havent made it there with my Classic and probably never will. 78.2 was my best speed with a 28 Trophy. My wife has made me promise to stop buying props though so for now my playing is over !! It was always a goal with my boat to break 80 mph even if it was only for 5 seconds. Oh, well, Ill let her cool off for a while and be back at it. Chris Coupel Paulina, La.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.
