Just got home with the new 08 FTD. Colors are Charcoal hull, Medium Gray boot, Silver bolt and cap, malibu silver stripe. Very understated an elegant looking. Definitely does not reflect the same qualities in her owner. I must thank the folks at BassCat, Keith Scott, Bobby Joe, Donna, Dorrie, Miss Kay, among others, and Steve Eastwold at the Bull Shoals Boat dock, who does such a great job of prepping and checking the boat. Everything was delivered in immaculate shape, and ready to go. Got to the plant at 7:30 this morning and the plant was already in full swing. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, enthusiastic, and most called me by first name. I know I am preaching to a large choir on this Board, but there really is a family in Mountain Home, and I am blessed and proud to be a part of it. I have been involved in and studied TQM concepts and customer service best practices for a large part of my career, and there is NO company in America that does it better than BassCat. Period!
