Bilge pumps

Not quite sure if both bilge pumps are suppose to operate in the manual mode or 1 in auto and 1 in manual? Its a 1996 Eyra. Ive noticed only 1 works in manual.

They should both function on manual and auto. Unless someone has adjusted them, and on a 14 model year old boat that is possible.

I converted the dash to an A-10 touch pad. When I check voltage at each pump and find they have been seperated. Can I run a jumper from one pump to the other since they are ethier man. or auto.? Or is the neg. side broken thru the switches or are they relays contolled by switches?Thanks, Mike

You should be able to run a jumper between the pumps and the dash is set up for two pumps. BCB
