They do not when they service one at BCB, also Rick and Bobby did one to show them it could be done blind at the Owners Invitational one time not long ago. Though they did admit it was a pain for those who are not willing to contort in that area with a 1/4″ drive ratchet. It took Rick about 30 minutes to do the job on a complete pump replacement. On just a cartridge he showed how to remove the valve from the bracket and the access the cartridge before he removed the pump. The preferred dealer method is to remove one side of the batteries and oil tank to pivot the tank out of the way and then access the are easily. This is much more time consuming than wrestling with the cartridge under the tank. BCB
