Driftmaster rod holders

Any problem with adding the driftmaster star base rod holders to front and rear decks approximately 90 degrees on line with front and rear seat mounts? Would you use a screw to attach in the fiberglass or bolt through? I would like to add these for crappie fishing and I am concern about drillin hole in the deck. Thanks.

I added perrottis to the front of mine drilled four holes and used bolts. I would visually check to make sure you are missing the conduit. Glad to see someone else that crappie fishes out of BassCat.

Yes, I do some crappie fishing and this boat will work great. I also have no problem sitting on a good bluegill or shellcracker bed and catching those out of a BassCat. I felt that thru bolting the bases would be better. I just wanted to hear from other owners. What about anchor mounts? Any suggestion on those? ramblinwrek.

Bee Ready in Oklahoma makes a great rod holder they also have a base bracket that can be bolted to the seat post No holes in anything and you can move it around Sweet!
