AS THEY AGE THE HOLES CLOSE UP…WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO OPEN THESE HOLES???I TRY AND FISH WITH TUNGSTEN,BUT DONT ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE…THANKS.

I use my hook point, or piece of broken spinner bait wire.

Like happyhour said, a hook tip works great! I keep 1 seperate hook in my weight box just for that purpose as not to dull the sharp ones

I use a small pick that come with a small screwdriver/pic set. It has very good point and a good taper so you can open the hole to different sizes. Works well on jigs also, leaves smooth inside edge always, sometimes a hook will leave a rough spot .

if you fish any wacky rig worms and you use a small nail in one end you can also use these nails as they make a clean hole with no snags.2017 Eyra / 250 Merc Pro XS

SOMEONE HAD A GOOD IDEA ABOUT A PAPER CLIP, BUT I SEE ITS GONE……….
