Aluminum lid

On my new 2013 Cougar, the lid on the large front storage compartment sits high on one side, while the other side is nice and tight to the fibreglass. Is there some kind of adjustment or tweak that can remedy this? Would the aluminum hinge on the higher side be the issue? Adjusting the Southco latch naturally pulled the entire lid a little more snug, but one side is still high. In fact, this is the scenario with both of the large front storage compartments.

Open, grab on each corner an twist lid alittle. It worked on both bass cats I have owned.

They an twist a little under a load, though not a lot. You can try and tweak it and if that doesnt work out we suggest a visit to the dealership.

BCB, tried twisting with no real effect. What are the possibilities here (hinge, warped lid) ?? Cant see how an aluminum lid would be warped, so I am leaning towards a hinge/alignment issue here. Trying to avoid a dealer trip, as my selling dealer is far away, but there is another dealer about two hours from me.
