New BassCat owner here & question

Ok, Id like to be able to say it was new but it is new to me. I recently purchased a 94 Pantera II and am just getting myself familiarized with the boat. By searching this forum I have already found answers to alot of my questions. One I havent found concerns the courtesy lights. I can turn the light on the side of the console on with the switch next to it but the others do not come on when I do this. Are they supposed to or is there another switch somewhere that I am not seeing. Thanks in advance for the replies and I just want to say that from my limited time on this forum it appears to be frequented by alot of friendly and extremely knowledgable folks. Thanks again. Mark

It might be different but my 92 Sabre has a “Courtesy Lights” switch next to the main power switch beside the drivers seat. Otherwise there could be an accessory switch somewhere on the console to control them. Hello BamaCatAre the courtesy lights you are referring to the same as shown on the BCBs>Parts/Acc>boat parts>electric>lighting page?If so, the other courtesy lights you mention can be depressed at the top or bottom of the actual lens to turn on.

Thanks for the replies. There is a switch next to the main power switch which I tried last night. It was dark so I couldnt read what was written on it but it didnt seem to turn anything on that I noticed. My lights do not appear the same as the one in the pic on the parts page either. I will do some checking though to see if they will depress.

BamaCat does your swivel ?? i have a 1996 PII and what i found it is that when your acc is on then you can tilt the lights and they will come on . Mine had blown bulbs in them so check and make sure that your getting power to them and then check and see if the ACC is on . Do you have a upgraded dash or do you still have the digital one ?? mine was digital but now have the Upgraded one .

Im not sure if the lights swivel or not. I havent spent alot of time investigating yet. I will check these things out though and also the bulbs. Thanks.

My 92 has a master light switch, and each courtesy light has its own switch to control each light, but you do need to turn on the master light switch

I have a 94 Pantera II as well. There is a switch for each courtesy light. One on the front dash dash, one on the back right next to the light and one on the console.

They should have a switch for each light and the master should be on.
