I changed breakers in the back check all connections in the back everything right. Could the switch be bad or loose wire behind the switch panel?
03 cougar. Power to motor and trolling motor and bilge
More than likely a loose, corroded, or dirty connection. Check your battery connections, then check the connections at the terminal block on the transom, and work your way forward from there.
Year model? We see ‘03, though that is not the original poster.
