Lowrance 38 HD/Cougar Console

I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to mount the 37 or 38 on the Cougar modular drivers console? I thought I saw one on a fishing show, maybe with Marty Stone? If anyone has pics, I would appreciate any advice, suggestions….really wanting to replace the smaller unit in the dash now, but may just stick with the smaller 26-28 unit.

you cant flush mount it but you can mount the standard Lowrance gimbal mount to the dash and install it that way. That is on the Cougar FTD, I dont know if it will work on the Advantage Elite console.

Thanks Scott…I thought I saw one mounted on a Cougar or a Puma on one of the shows…but who knows? Anyway, Im probably just going to go with a 28hd unit flush and network with my 339 in front. I appreciate the help!

The bigger units are nice (ive got a 113 at the console) but I dont think you can get the money back out on a trade and its certainly more secure flush mounted.
