I installed a keel guard and in the instructions they made it clear to make sure that all areas were scuffed to insure proper adhesion, especially around the edges. To be sure I didnt miss by 1/4 of an inch I went a little wider since it was a one shot deal. Now that the keel guard is on and looks great the little extra areas that were scuffed with the scotch brite pad have a dull look to it. Im just being anal but was wondering if there was a way to bring back a little of that luster again? Wax did a little but I was wondering if there was some sort of gel coating repair or a quick technique that would help. Or should I just leave it be? Thanks
