Im brand new to the Eyra but I have put a few hours on it already. I have a 25″ fury with all holes open and I have to run the hydro plate very low to get it to come out of the hole properly. I think Its got more to do with the wingmaster lower unit design than anything. That lower unit has a flare at the rear that seems to divert the water away from the prop instead of to it. Its definitely different than the torque master lowers. As others have offered, you need to lower your jackplate, that will eliminate the venting when the bow is breaking over on take off. Once you do that you will be able to remove plugs from the prop and you wont get the bogging down on take off when fully loaded. Its a balancing act and will take a little time to get it right. One thing I can see very quickly is that these hulls do not like a lot of engine height. Lower is better!! Bass Cat has been saying that for years but I didnt realize how true it was until getting into one of these new hulls. Good luck and I hope you get it worked out.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.
