Cutting speaker holes

A jig saw works great. Buy some good blades though and tape over the area you are going to cut so you dont scratch anything. I found a tupperware bowl that was the perfect size to use as a templet.Be extra careful cutting anywhere there could be wires/cables behind.

if they are 6 and 1/2 inch speakers go to home depot and they have a hole saw for a drill that is how icut mine no problem and perfect fit

We use a jig saw, or you can use a hole saw if you have a large one. Though do check behind the panel to make sure you have room and no cables, Plus dont let that hole saw force through and pop the side of the hull when it goes on through. It will star fracture your hull and you will be miserable. BCB

Rotozip does work killer, dont forget the TAPE…..also, Id check with BCB on the Depth for the speakers, I know on the Sabre FTD the Upgraded speakers would not fit depth wise, Right Ron? Dont skimp on the speakers, or the Head Unit, the more power the better….and Sony,JL Audio,are highly recommended,not in that order, the JLs are way better but more Moola…..Crutchfield.com is the best place to buy/price shop, Im some what of a Audio Freak, I think I own 7 amps, 3 Head units and numerous Subs, thats what you need, not overkill but a nice Non Ported JL Audio Stealth Box with a 8inch JL Audio W0 subwoofer, then all those Rap songs will sound Cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
