Someone wants to sell a 1990 Black Max 200hp. He said he doesnt know what it is worth, so he wants me to offer him a price. So could someone tell me what one of these motors would be worth. He said that it has the low water pick up lower unit. Now he also said that he ran it last summer, set it up for the winter, and now when he goes to start it up, that it just turns over real slow. He said it acts like the batter is low. He hooked up a fully charged battery and it did the same thing. So I dont know if the starter is bad or if something else is wrong. I havent seen the motor in person yet. Could one of you mercury experts or bcb help in what I should offer for the motor.
