That link showed up blank for me as well on the computer at work, but it shows fine on my phone. Ill copy and paste BCBs response from it for you. Be sure to make a cardboard jig of the existing bunk placement. You can see where the bottom contacts the bunks once you have the trailer empty. We trim 3/4″ off a 2 x 6 width, and this is required to fit a Bass Cat. The front is tapered for cosmetics. The rear is chamfered as shown. The material is a treated 2 x 6 and you can buy three of length, cut one in half, and do the whole trailer. We double pad the top with a single layer of carpeting to protect it.We glue the top on, then glue the sides and bottom. We wrap the carpet around the 2x and secure it, cut to fit and prepare seams. Stapling the carpet edge next with stainless staples. Then fasten them to the trailer. Be sure to use the template you cut and also force the fronts inwards as we really pull the nose in hard on the bunks.Jim EbarbMany, LA (Toledo Bend Lake)2004 Cougar/ 225 OptimaxHumminbird Helix 12 Chirp SI on BalzOut Mount at bowLowrance HDS 7 at bowHumminbird Helix 12 Mega SI on Ram Mount at ConsoleLowrance HDS 8 in dash at console
