Guest battery charger question

I have a 96 Eyra and the charger in the back has 3 sets of wires coming out and one is gray the other 2 are black. Plus of course the plug. Which one is the bank that should go on the cranking battery? Is this the gray one? I just cleaned up the bilge area and wanted this to be set up right.

Yes, the one of a different color is the cranking battery and provides 4 amps an hour. The other two are either 8 or 10 amps an hour. BCB

Awesome thanks. I have to go do a little re-wiring but that is fine with me.
