Helm fill fitting??

I am going to be bleeding my hydraulic steering lines after changing my cylinder seals. In another post by Oldtimer57 he mentioned a “helm fill fitting”. I have the”Plug” i am sure but is this other fitting a separate piece? I should not just stick a tube in the fill tube? If i need this fitting where can i find one? Thanks for any help

Most places that sell the fluid will also sell the fitting and tubing. I think I actually ordered mine from Teleflex for around $10.
