Well the lakes are hard now and I winterized the boat last weekend….I wanted to see what you guys recommend for a good wax? I have always used Meguiars liquid cleaner wax but wanted to see if there are better options.
I love Mothers California Gold Carnauba Wax. It comes in a paste or liquid but I prefer the paste. Had a 94 p-11 for 11 years and the finish looked like new when I sold it. I now have a 99 p-111 and it looks great with no fading . I wax the top and sides about twice a year.
I agree 100% with dave, use the same product and wax two to three times per yr depending on how much I get to use it. I also wipe down with Bass Boat saver after each tripTreat everyday like it might be the last
Tried turtle wax ICE this summer and cant believe that the water is still beading off my truck 6 months later. I have put it on the boat and it has held up very well there also. But after reading might give some of the others a try just to compare.
