Anybody got any tips, “NOT” knowledge of the place. Im fishin a tourney next weekend. I”m going in the morning & Sunday to pre-fish. Need help BAD !!!

All I know is normally this year the tournaments are won up north…but to say it is stumpy is an understatement. Good luck and sorry I cant help more. Judd Lasiter

Thanx guys, I went south yesterday and “0”, man that tees me off. Im headed out this morning, going north this time. Talked to 2 buds who went north late in the day and they caught 6 keepers with 4 dinks. I think they were fishing the high line. Anyway, anything big caught Ill send pics, but dont hold your breath. Headed to lake !!!

No luck yesterday with the fishing, and to make matters worse, Ive develop a ticking noise coming from the top end of my motor !!!!

Kickapoo Creek…North of the bridge…dont be shy about throwing unconventional stuff…even in the winter…try to find depressions in Kickapoo that are a foot to two foot deeper than other areas…make sure you have a jig tied on. Run the eastern shoreline from the bridge and cut across west at the powerline….Warning…the stumps on Palestine are “like steel”….even when idling…carry as light a load as possible…3/4 of the field of most tourneys will be in there with you. Only reason Im so generous is that I tore a hole in my boat last time I was there and vowed “never to go back”…that was from just idling thru stumps…never seen anything like the stumps on Palestine. If you want to win…..Kickapoo is where youll do it majority of the time. If your fishing a team deal…might have your partner sit on the front deck and help you navigate…………I am not kidding how bad those stumps are!!!!!!!!!
