I knew Bass Cat customer service was the best but just received the letter from Mr. Pierce along with the jacket and cap. I was still shocked by the level of detail in the letter and the time Rick took to do some research about the customer. I know many on here already knew this but this was my first new Bass Cat.Bass Cat is one classy company that builds the best boat in the industry in my opinion. I know everyone has been extremely busy at Bass Cat and just want to thank the Pierce family along with all the employees for doing such an incredible job. They not only build a a great product but still keep the personal touch and relationship with its customers, something that very few companies still accomplish.
