I am not in Arkansas but here in Michigan I have heard they have been stopping alot more boats for being non-compliant…..It does clearly state in the guide that letters must be block….I think for us it has more to do with Homeland security watching boats going back and forth across the border alot closer…I havent heard of any issues inland…I had Iquana graphics make me up a set for my rig last year and so far I havent been stopped….If they do stop me I am going to have to claim ignorance and probably be forced to redo them…. I am not going to change them until then….
