The incoming valve actually controls this. When you are running you are all recirculate as the valve (rubber flapper) internally blocks outflow of water. When you are sitting in the water the valve (flapper) allows the neutral water flow to go from both outside and recirculate, so that you have a 60% recirculation and a 40% freshwater flow in the fishing situations. This would obviously be a Pantera Classic Vision or Vision Tour model with the small round touch pad. There is a hidden button to use for whatever you desire right in the middle of the touch pad. It is absolutely hidden and if you wish to add an extra pump, you can wire it direct to that button. That decision would depend on the types of fishing conditions and the number of hours you do so. The system as it is has worked for several years for those who have it. Obviously not as well as the high output set up, though just fine in some really bad situations. BCB
