Just today received my hat and coat from BassCat along with a handwritten letter from Rick. Folks this really impressed me. I have been farming for 40 years and have over this time purchased many pieces of John Deere equipment. Lately, tractors at $200,000, Sprayers at 250,000, Combines at $300,000 and all I ever receive from them is a payment due notice. Never a thankyou or letter of appreciation or even a hat-you have to buy. Rickss letter really impressed my family and I just want to give all of you a big thank you. As I stated before, the comments I have read on this site when researching for a bass boat was what led me to Bass Cat. I do not regret it. The short time I have had my Cougar has been a real pleasure. Rick and staff, thanks for all you do. Ramblinrek.
