Only a few of you might have known the guy, but wanted to pass it along. He was a fishing buddy of mine, he was my partner at the SEBCOG event back in November on Guntersville. He just had surgery a cpl days ago, for some ongoing medical issues. He was a regular on the BassBoat Central website, thats how we met, and he had just posted on there last night. Unfortunately he passed away during the night, unsure as to why at this time. He loved BassCats, he had never fished out of one till mine, and he dreamed of owning one, in fact was always saying that if I was to sell mine in a cpl years that he wanted to buy it. He had a blast at SEBCOG, meeting everyone there, especially Rick P…he was so “impressed with Ricks knowledge and how he ran the company” as he told me. Mike had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. I am going to contact his wife to see if there is anything we can do to help out. Please keep his family in your prayers. Thanks.
