There should be a slide on a BCB approved mount. Many manufacturers and dealers dont use a slide, though BCB uses a slide and suggests one on all approve mounts. It gives you adjustability on the throttle and there should be a wing headed bolt on the left side, pop that out and slip it back where you want it, tension the bolt back up.
