With colder water temps coming, what is the proper way to warm up and run a DFI engine? I have a 07 Puma with a 250 Pro XS and have been warned by more than one person “make sure you warm it up” when the water temp drops this Fall/Winter. 1. Warm-up at idle to what temp? 2. After idle warm-up and planing the boat out should you run at a certain rpm range for a period of time? 3. Can you run at WOT or will that cool the engine down? 4. Is there a water temp that is too low to run in? 5. Am I over reacting? Thanks, Curt
