OverratedThe larger the ball on the ram mount the more stable it will be in rough water. Most are mounting the ram mount in the console, but I ve seen others in the area in front and just below the handrail (area where the fold up cleat is located). Its more or less where you want it. As far as the troller I would go with a 45, though if you fish a lot of open water in big swells then you might choose a 52. Most will do a 45. Transducer should be mounted on Detwiler.
