Either will work, and any Epoxy should do fine on this job. If you have another glue or product you would prefer we could answer if that would work also. We do install the foot pedals, though we also find they get checked and tightened or removed for graphs in dealerships and by consumers with electric drills. We definitely can strip one ourselves, though we try to handle it differently. They are supposed to run them down loose, and hand tighten them. Though we know all are human. No eager beavers here!
