If you have access to a forklift, run a long nylon strap thru the bow eye and up around both sides of boat. Attach to forks and lift. I did this at work with no problems. You really dont need to lift more than 1 inch or so. Your boat dealer would also be capable of this (for a small price Im sure). Also, if you can back your boat far enough down the ramp you could wade out to it, unattach bow strap, and gently lift bow off roller. Beach the boat and put a new roller on. Havent tried the one at the ramp, but I dont see why it wouldnt work. Good luck
