BPS installation

I am thinking of buying a helix 9 or 10 from BPS. The flyer says free installation with purchase. Does anybody have any pros or cons of letting them do the installation. This would be on an 07 Puma console. Thanks

I would weigh the options. The only plus I see is “its all on bps if they do the install”. Though if your picky. I kno I am. I like things run a certian way and to my liking not someone else. Nope….. Not gonna let a BPS install tech cut & grind on my boat. Itd go to somebody I know will do a good job or do it myself. Free can get expensive quickly when cutting tools are involved.

Would Marine Repair be my best option in the Springfield Mo area for the installation?
