It will be a plug & play swap. Same wiring, same transducer. On the back of the unit under the dash you will find 2 wing nuts that hold a bracket to secure the unit to the dash. Remone those wing nuts, pull the bracket off and push the unit from the back out of the dash. There is a rubber gasket between the unit and the dash that may be stuck but gently push the unit out. Take the bracket mounted to the X125 off and install it to the LMS522C, plug in the power and transducer wire and reverse the install and your done. Good Luck, Brian
