sonor voltage ?

hello all. I have a HB 987c si in the console and a HB matrix 97 at the bow. The console shows 12.3 volts and the bow says low battery and shows 8.7 volts. What would cause this. thanks

i would bet on a bad connection

Possibly a connection as those are tiny wires to hook up and can be broken easily. They are frail!

Says allot for the proper size wire strippers, and a good pair of crimpers using the right size butt connectors. Personally I like the connectors with the heat shrink on the ends

SM, We assume it is in the connections behind the panel where the wires are crimped from 16 gauge to the 20 gauge leads. That is the most common area.
