Im looking for a Cougar or Pantera 3 or 4 with a 175 or 200hp motor. From 2003-2007 in good condition with decent electronics. Willing to go just about any where if the boat is in good condition or meet half ways if long distance. Located in San Jose,California. Max Price 25k.
